The multi-use building contains a rail station, shops and offices in a vibrant neighborhood. Due to limited renewals in the past a complete upgrade of the entrances, facade, signages and mall was initiated. A re-positioning and awareness of the building to attract consumers and office tenants as well as adding value to the neighborhood by a smart appearance and high quality courtyard.

We were able to increase the value of the building by:

  • marking the entrances with a new signage concept
  • opening up the entrances by large glazing portals
  • brighten the mall with new lighting and signage
  • covering the facade with a golden metal shield
